We have carefully chosen companies with the highest quality items for our store. We want you to enjoy shopping with us, and your pets to love you shopping with us. However, just in case you do have a problem please email us at customerservice@pamperedpawsdogboutique.com, or call us at (623)362-1852. Customer Service Hours are M-F 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST.

We offer a 15-day money back guarantee, with the exception of custom orders. This is applicable on merchandise that is unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. This policy applies within 15 days of receipt of your order.

Shipping is not refundable and there will be a 20% restocking fee on each product returned. Shipping is not refundable for any product, including our pet beds & furniture. COD and postage due returns will not be accepted.

Our Bowser, Beds for Dogs & Cats, Haute Pooch, Harry Barker Beds, Jax & Bones, and Taylor Designed Products are custom made and shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. These companies will not accept returns with the only exception being a factory defect. Measurements are provided, measure carefully before placing your order.

Animal Stars, Silver Bones, George, Doggie ID and Sally Harrell custom ID Tags are custom made and shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items are subject to return due to manufacturer defects only. Please check your spelling and your telephone number to make certain the information you have provided us is correct prior to finalizing your order.

Dorothy Bauer, Coup de Rouge Designer Pet Jewelry is also custom made and shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items are subject to return due to manufacturer defects only.

Always contact us before returning merchandise for return authorization and your return authorization number.

If the merchandise was defective due to manufacturing or was incorrectly shipped, the merchandise will be replaced, upon return of the original shipment, at no cost to you.

All returns must be pre-approved. If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund, which will appear on your credit card statement. Purchases made by money order will be issued a refund check. Please remember to measure and consider the size you need carefully. Make sure you have chosen the correct color or fabric.
